Tech Support Win

So recently we had a problem with our CPU usage spiking. We have narrowed it to some scripts being used on the backend that were monitoring health and security of the site. Anyhow, we contacted our technical support for the hosting provider and found the response time to be HELLA fast. It took us three minutes to have a response. But the most interesting part comes at the end when our support guy ended the ticket with:
